Tracy Doyle
Having completed a Tourism Awareness and Business Secretarial Course Tracy worked in both Atlanfish and Forward Emphasis. After spending a number of years as a stay at home mum Tracy joined the team in Spraoi agus Spórt in 2012 under the Tús scheme, followed by the Community Employment Scheme before taking up the post of acting Manager under a Jobbridge internship. Tracy was appointed as the first full time Spraoi agus Spórt Manager with Pobal CSP funding in January 2015. Tracy has a keen interest in developing classes and activities for children of all ages and is very proactive in seeking support from all our families to ensure that Spraoi agus Spórt delivers in its aim to build a brighter healthier future for our children.

Lorraine McGrath
Lorraine worked as a Sales Assistant in McDaids Superstore in Buncrana before retraining as an SNA. She joined the Spraoi agus Spórt team in February 2014 under the Community Employment Scheme and was instrumental in bringing a range of new ideas and classes to the Centre. Her creative flair and SNA experience brings a fresh dynamic to our youth club for children with a disability. She was appointed as a Programme Co-ordinator under the Community Services Programme in February 2015.

Louise Grant
Louise has always lived and worked in Carndonagh. She was a full-time childminder for eleven years. She then balanced her role as a Mum and working part-time in the Shell Shop in Carndonagh for over 10 years. She is an underage coach with Carndonagh GAA.

Helen Doherty
Helen holds an ATI Certificate, a Diploma in Business Marketing from the Galway Institute of Technology and an Agri Business Certificate from Mountbellew Agri College, Galway. Helen has worked in various financial positions including credit control, accounts payable, customer service and logistics for over fifteen years

Brian Harkin
Brian has a first class honours degree in business, sports development and
coaching, and has delivered programs to national schools, secondary schools,
county development squads and to senior teams for over a decade and has been
employed by the IRFU as a Community Development Officer.
He has a keen interest in the development of programs that use sport and
physical activity to strengthen community bonds and help participants work
towards their potential.

Teresa Mullin
Teresa Mullins graduated from the University of Ulster as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2014. She enjoys working with children and volunteered a considerable amount of her time in the youth club for children with disability in Spraoi agus Spórt before securing a short term position with the centre. Teresa believes that the children, the leaders and volunteers are lovely and it is a pleasure to be a part of this group.
