This is an innovative long term, sustainable, structured programme in physical literacy aimed at 3-6 year old children facilitated by qualified personnel in partnership with their parents/carers.
Children are taught the fundamentals of sport – agility, balance and co-ordination through a series of fun and active games. The games are structured to develop gross motor skills, emphasize spatial awareness, improve hand eye co-ordination, improve fitness levels and encourage team building and social interaction.
The focus is on fun and enjoying being active and it is a great way for parents to be able to spend time with their young child in a fun and play environment.
