Service Reform Fund

I am the Service Reform Fund Transition Co-ordinator. My role has been created through a partnership with Spraoi agus Sport and the HSE. Since January 2022, we have been supporting the transformation of how we deliver services to people with disabilities throughout Donegal.

Spraoi agus Spórt has enabled the promotion of social inclusion, equality of opportunities and supporting persons with disabilities to live more inclusive lives in their local community.
